Mike Arnold, Board Member

Mike has been volunteering with LC4G for over seven years, along with his wife, Sherry. He was born and raised in Murfreesboro and has been an active member of Belle Aire Baptist Church for almost 40 years. For the last seven years, he has led an Adult Life Group class.

Mike participated in a life-changing Bible study called Christian Leadership Concepts, which is a two-year commitment. Eight years later, he is still meeting with those men as part of his spiritual growth and accountability. Mike has served on the Board of Directors for LC4G since 2018 and is currently the Board President.

Christopher Gerbman, Board Member

Chris is a native of Murfreesboro, Tennessee. For the last three decades, he has worked in Historic Downtown Murfreesboro with his wife, Karen. A member of Northside Baptist Church, Chris has been an active member of the Murfreesboro community. Over the years he has served on the boards of Main Street (including as Chairman), The Center for the Arts, and as a founding member of the Historic Downtown Murfreesboro Business Association.

He and his wife have three grown children and four grandkids.

Mark Henry, Board Member

Mark is a veteran of long-term care. He began his career as a nursing home administrator in Tennessee for National Health Care. He is currently the director of network design and strategy for Medicare, Complex Care, and Foster Care products at Centene Corp. Mark is a member of Belle Aire Baptist Church. He also serves as a group leader for the men’s Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) National Partnership of Tennessee at Chattanooga and currently resides in Murfreesboro, Tennessee with his wife of 34 years. Mark has three children and grandchildren.
